The Cole Construction Company has been incorporated since January 10, 1986. David Cole has been doing quality improvements, old home renovations, and spec homes for the past 17 years. Dave is originally from the state of Maryland and has relocated to Madison, Wisconsin. He is currently building spec homes in the Sun Prairie area.

Dave Cole was exposed to home building early in his life because both of his grandfathers were builders. Dave grew up in a house built by his grandfather and began doing construction in high school. He worked for several Maryland building companies after he graduated in 1981.

Cole Construction built its first house in the city of Baltimore in 1985. Dave demolished the existing structure and built a beautiful, all brick row house. He did all the work himself and mostly by hand. He did sub out the plumbing and electric. He built another row house and then concentrated on remodeling old homes for several years.

The Cole Construction Company is looking forward to working with The Stark Company in its custom home building program.
